This Opt-in Campaign, enables you to give<strong> a Wow moment &amp; Relay <\/strong>to your contacts <strong>that you care <\/strong>(<strong>Little steps help in User Experience<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<div style=\"border-top: 2px solid black; width: 25{086092ef17e3487c0232d5be36a622d732b885ddcdbdcebe9aea32d40e8ce56b};\" align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<h3>Generally, when a <strong>user opts in<\/strong>, he\/she<strong> goes through <\/strong>two things:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Confirmation Page<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirmation Email<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Both of these can be customized based on whether user is already Subscribed or not.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some ideas on how to use these customization options:<\/p>\n<p>So, <strong>we avoid landing in Spam box<\/strong> by, <strong>redirecting users<\/strong> to <strong>a different thank you page<\/strong> on <strong>second time <\/strong>optin. Content of <strong>second Thank you page<\/strong> can have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asking to check email for <strong>a Special Gift<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Asking them <strong>to Whitelist Your Email<\/strong>\u00a0in case they are not receiving emails<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contacting your Support<\/strong> in case of any issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To improve user Experienc<\/strong>e, we put a Wow moment email in Campaign for second time opt-in. The content of the Email can have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Special <strong>Email Sequence<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Link to your other Campaigns e.g. <strong>Direct to Lead Magnet Fulfillment Campaign(s)<\/strong> if having multiple<\/li>\n<li><strong>Starting points<\/strong> based on current point in achieving their Goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And, for customizing these, I&#8217;m using two tools that are as follows.<\/p>\n<div style=\"border-top: 2px solid black; width: 25{086092ef17e3487c0232d5be36a622d732b885ddcdbdcebe9aea32d40e8ce56b};\" align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Tools Used:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>InfusionSoft<\/strong> &gt;&gt; Campaigns (If you are using InfusionSoft as CRM)<\/li>\n<li><strong>PlusThis<\/strong> &gt;&gt; SmartLinks<br \/>\nYou can also use <a href=\"https:\/\/kb.plusthis.com\/tools\/32-math\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Match Function<\/strong><\/a> (I&#8217;d still do it via <strong>tags<\/strong> cause those can be created as much as you want and are easy to manage once you know how)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I\u2019ve <strong>created this campaign using InfusionSoft\/Keap<\/strong>. This Campaign include one more Fun Email Open logic, which <strong>we will talk about in second part of the Blog<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"border-top: 2px solid black; width: 25{086092ef17e3487c0232d5be36a622d732b885ddcdbdcebe9aea32d40e8ce56b};\" align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>How it Works:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>User <strong>Signs up for First Time<\/strong> &gt;&gt; Gets normal confirmation email<\/li>\n<li>User <strong>Signs up for Second Time<\/strong> &gt;&gt; Gets the second re-confirmation email that we added in Campaign<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This can be followed <strong>n number of times<\/strong>\u00a0depending on <strong>your idea of improving User Experience &amp; giving a Wow moment to Contacts<\/strong>, or may be you can put a quick help guide email with links to various resources they can use from You, &amp; not to mention the Services.<\/p>\n<div style=\"border-top: 2px solid black; width: 25{086092ef17e3487c0232d5be36a622d732b885ddcdbdcebe9aea32d40e8ce56b};\" align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Building Campaign Logic:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We achieve this by creating two sequences, which are filtered using Subscribed Tag. Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n<p>1. Campaign starts with <strong>a Trigger Tag<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/keap.com\/product-updates\/ultimate-guide-tags-infusionsoft\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to know more about trigger tags<\/a>). Which gets removed in next Empty Sequence. Let&#8217;s Get Started<\/strong>, &#8211;\u00a0 <strong>Subscription Confirmed! A Quick Help Guide\u00a0<\/strong>you get the feel. This can be customized in a way that, we care about if our contacts need any help.(<strong>If Tag is not there<\/strong>) Then contact goes through the Normal Confirmation Email Sequence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2. For example, you can send one email asking if they need any help, that has various options e.g.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Including a wow moment email<\/li>\n<li>Starting a Certain follow up sequence if you have Leadmagnet, You can simply ask them if they need that.
