On the Website, we offer Digital Products in the form of Services & Software Implementations. These services & implementations are either One Time Purchases or Memberships.
Thus, Cancellations & Refund Requests are treated differently. Details on same, are as follows:
Refund, or Cancellation Requests on One Time Purchase Product(s)
Any purchases, for which the Customer needs to pay once to avail the Services once e.g. 1-time payment of 19 USD for 1 Campaign Implementation comes under this category. This can be repeated n number of times, each of which would be considered a different purchase.
For one-time purchase products related to the Company, the customer can request a Refund from 90 Days of Purchase provided that the Product/Service is not delivered or not working as per discussion in initial strategy sessions. Each strategy session with us is recorded, thus protecting Customer & Our rights.
Any products that are Delivered and working as per initial discussion are not eligible for Refund.
Cancellations on One Time Purchase Products can be requested before we have started implementing the Service or Software Implementation. In other words, you have time from Initial Strategy Session to the time we Start implementation to request the Cancellation. In case of cancellation, a full refund would be initiated from our side. Currency conversion charges may apply from the Payment gateway side in case of the Currency difference.
Cancellations, and Refunds on Membership
Membership is a Product/Service of the Company for which the Customer pays an amount at recurring bases e.g. on a Weekly, Monthly, Yearly basis.
The customer being part of a Membership, can Cancel, Pause or Resume the Membership at any point of time from the Account Page after logging in to the Website.
However, you would not be eligible for Refunds for Membership(s).
For one product refund can be done only once, and may take time to reflect based on Payment Gateway processing time.
Excessive returns will not be accepted in any case. When ordered a Product multiple times, Refunds will not be given to one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
